We use basecamp and are very transparent with our customers by giving them access to their basecamp projects.  We found that many of our clients assumed complexity beyond their abilities and didnt participate. Underneath it we also, discoved that many people still have a fear of using technology.

By spending one or two 1/2 hour sessions we have been able to empower clients to utilize technology and begin to understand the strength of using technology rather than avoiding it.  Because the demand is so great we have decided to offer those services through web masters marketing.

Because no one person can be an expert on all of the digital tools available to us, we have implemented a different methodology than the one coach experience.  We are a team of over 15 technical experts and a coaching experience gives you the strength of all 15.   For each client there is a team leader who does most of the coaching.  But if someone wants to learn how to use excel for gant charts we bring our excel coach in with the team leader for a session.  The team leader helps you pick which technologies will give you the most empowerment and make you most efficient.
